This is one of my family's favorites:
Chicken Mac
1 box mac and cheese (minus the cheese)
1 small box Velveeta
1 can chunk chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup
minced onion - to taste
pepper - to taste
3/4 cup milk

Cook and drain macaroni noodles. Cut the Velveeta into chunks. Mix all ingredients and put in a 8X8 casserole dish. Cook covered at 350 for 30 minutes and then uncovered for 10. This feeds our family of 4.
